Product-led: We leverage our product to driver user acquisition, conversion, retention and referral. Product is the best source of sustainable and scalable growth.
User and problem centric: engineering, product and growth are at the service of our users. We help users find a solution to their problems and deliver that message to them.
Outcome driven: It doesn’t matter what your output is, it’s about your impact on user growth, driving product engagement and delivering value to our users.
Company sport: Growth is not just a team sport. We don’t succeed by just working in silo. We collaborate with engineering, product, design, data and customer success teams to amplify our impact on growth.
Lead by example: Be sure you can walk the talk. To show how things should be done, you should be able to get your hands dirty and demonstrate you can do it yourself to the best standard possible. We grow by creating scalable framework and process, and building a legacy.
Dig deep: We don’t take any insight from a face value. We validate them, question everything, ask why and go further. We dig deeper for the gems but not into rabbit hole. The growth nugget lies underneath the iceberg and are often hidden in plain sight where everyone else doesn’t look at.
Master of your craft: With a growth mindset, we are always curios, learn from mistakes and eager to learn new things in order to continuously improve the quality and outcome of our approach, framework and process. We move fast but we don’t (want) to break things.
